Good food is the easiest way to the heart! Working with local restaurants to showcase their food and drinks is always a fun experience, and each venue gives you a unique point of view. When you eat at a restaurant, you only get to see the food when it's finished. So for me, it has often been about getting behind the kitchen doors and seeing it all come together.
